Out of experience, I've noticed that all real estate will eventually grow in value. Know this: Land value, and real estate value are always bound to hike up. Try investing in two lots; one that is dirt cheap, and another that has more potential. Buy the dirt cheap lot, and forget about it. It will come in handy after 20 years, and only then will you realize that this is a very wise solution. As for the land with potential, look something that isn't very expensive, accessible, and has potential to grow into something commercial. Don't bother with buying land in a residential area, because they're less likely to boom as commercial estates.
I remember I lost a great chance, before the real estate bubble started in Amman 3 years ago, I had a chance to buy a land worth $4,000, and now its value has soared up to $20,000.
Good luck.

Oh its more difficult than you can believe.
People pay big money to get at the top of search lists.
But the key factor is Meta search words.
Those are key search words that come up on a search, and thus your website. Your website has to have a place to list these..some do not.

im sceptical of this man, clearly i dont know as much about that housing market. but from what i gather the scarcity is coming from the foreclosures that banks hold from mortgage defaulters which they dont want to put back on the market yet due to negative equity, and these withheld houses are artificially scarcifying supply, I MIGHT BE WRONG, its all a bit twisted
